I was pleasantly surprised, because before I started reading I had the prejudged idea that it would be the typical self-help book, which gives us a recipe that doesn't go anywhere or that for various reasons doesn't have the desired effect. However, I found her community-based approach to well-being and future impact not only interesting, but with real meaning. In fact, it served as an identification and guide for me with work that I have been doing in this line, but that I had not finished spinning. In other words, this reading has been a source of inspiration and at the same time a path towards real practice.
Last but not least, it is the explanation that it gives us about the use of technology and social networks, its transformation over time and the way in which we can use it so that it becomes a really favorable tool.
It really is an interesting book, very well constructed grammatically, fresh, easy to digest and with tools that can be put into practice.
