In this world, we eat all kinds of food and go on different types of diets. Some people prefer to cut out meat and just eat vegetables. Others cut out as much food as they can, leaving themselves hungrier at the end of their diets, while others prefer to eat healthy food, as in the kind that comes straight from the farm. The God Food Diet by Miami Mike tells us all about that. He talks about the history of human consumption and the evolution of animal nutrition.

The things I enjoyed most about this book were the videos the author provided throughout the book along with some websites that we can check out for more information. The book was well-written and very informative. Some of the videos were long, but some of them were shorter. The author does mention a little bit of religion in it, but he does not force it down anyone’s throat. All he is doing is recommending we try this lifestyle to see if it helps us.

While there is nothing to dislike about the book, there is one thing about the book that needs to be pointed out. Unlike most other books, this one did not have the zoom-in option, making the words very small, unless you preferred the landscape option, and that is something that I do not use unless I have to. It could have been the device I was using.

With the wonderful editing and grammar, and finding no errors, I have to give this book a 5 out of 5 stars. This book has a fast-paced flow but is detailed at the same time. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in agriculture and proper nutrition of our animals along with the interest of returning to our nutritional roots.
