Review of E M P Honeymoon
[Following is a volunteer review of "E M P Honeymoon" by Dorothy May Mercer.]
The charming romance book "E M P Honeymoon: Kelly and Tom" takes readers on a journey of love, self-discovery, and adventure. This beautiful novel by the gifted Dorothy May Mercer tells the touching story of two people named Kelly and Tom and their journey of love and personal development.
The story opens with couples Kelly and Tom traveling on their honeymoon in the beautiful Emphville mountains. Readers will feel as though they are actually there, drinking in the fresh mountain air and taking in the breathtaking vistas with the newlyweds thanks to Mercer's evocative prose, which provides a realistic image of the breathtaking terrain from the very beginning. The way that Mercer can create a scene is quite extraordinary.
Character growth in "E M P Honeymoon" is what defines it. Kelly and Tom are not the conventional, one-dimensional heroes of romance novels. Mercer takes the time to delve deeply into each character's personality, giving readers an understanding of their upbringings, concerns, and aspirations.
