“Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress”, is a book authored by Gustavo Kinrys, M.D., and Alexandra Gold, M.A. It explains the definition of anxiety and stress, its causative factors, and natural remedies that could help ease them.

Humans are naturally affected by stress and anxiety. These feelings continue because a lot of people are oblivious to the level of harm and damage caused to the body. They are hardly aware that a lack of treatment makes it worse, as they expect these conditions to miraculously cure themselves and stop with time. One who suffers from anxiety and stress may go through symptoms such as trembling, anger, irritability, confusion while thinking, etc. The book elucidates four different remedies that help relieve it, which are: natural-based, herb-based, nutrient-based, and medication-based. Alternative therapies are equally suggested.

The writers have a solid background in medicine, owing to the amount of work put into the research. I enjoyed their easy writing style and ability to equip the reader with vital health information using simple words. The book isn’t voluminous, despite wielding such power-packed information. I also enjoyed the voluntary assessment my mind went through as I read through it.

Readers will gain a lot at a glance, especially because of the table at the end of the book, which includes a summary of the remedies discussed. I’m glad that the natural remedies provided in this book will help patients who experience anxiety and stress manage these symptoms, even while at home.

In this book, there was nothing I disliked, as it’s packed with value. This would make me rate it a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. I also didn’t find any errors, and I believe it was flawlessly edited.

It is recommended for people who experience anxiety disorders, stress, panic attacks, and other related issues. The practical steps listed in the book will be of great help.
