Review of Phobia Relief
Phobia Relief: From Fear to Freedom by Kalliope Barlis is a non-fiction book about overcoming misplaced fears. Kalliope emphasizes how much our thoughts influence us. As a result, the primary goal is to modify how people view the object of their worries in their thoughts. The author uses NLP change work to help her clients feel better. This book teaches you how to adjust your thinking in order to overcome your anxieties and feel inspired to accomplish more of what you want to achieve.
The book is divided into three pieces. Part one discusses finding a purpose and decreasing anxieties. The author recognized here that reality is a question of perspective; sometimes, the way we view things is not accurate, and committing to your goal eliminates the potential for fear. The second half is about changing fear into freedom, and the third section is about how NLP transformation truly works.
She presents instances of uncomfortable situations and describes a future in which these unpleasant times are replaced by fonder recollections. This method makes the readers realize how much they stand to earn by overcoming their anxiety. She is able to tap into the dread, the influence of the unease in their lives, and the replacement of that frightening thinking with something more agreeable for each individual.
She describes how fairness operates in the same way that individuals think about negative memories or worries over and over again. The more you talk about painful experiences, the more you recall them and the worse you feel since the ideas alter the chemistry of your brain.
The authoring and projection of the method were simple. They were simple to grasp. The chapters were brief, which was a fantastic approach to holding the readers' interest. The author also did an excellent job staying within the confines of each chapter.
This amazing book provides the reader with the skills they need to tackle their concerns. It involves a vital step—a person choosing to overcome fear—and the importance of the first part cannot be overstated. All of the methods are straightforward to follow because the author included exercises with explanations.
The editor of this book performed an excellent job. I give this book 5 stars because it was written professionally. I would suggest this book to anyone who have severe phobias and want to conquer them.
