[Following is a volunteer review of "Snatched Up to Heaven!" by Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul.]
Snatched Up to Heaven!: Astounding Testimonies of Heaven and Hell from the Mouths of Babes by Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul is a nonfiction book. It shares the dreams of two sisters, Priyanka and Deepika, when they were four and two years old, respectively. The two girls share their experiences in heaven and hell.
When they were asleep, angels carried them to heaven. They met Jesus. They were then brought back, and Priyanka prayed and asked God to allow them to visit again. In the course of several more dreams, the girls shared their experiences in heaven. Get yourself a copy of this book to understand every step of their story.
The authors of the book used direct words from the children. They took a step to share. This was very thoughtful of them, as it helps those who have fallen into sin be revived. They also compare the events with what the Bible says about heaven and hell. This made the events more realistic. The illustrations and drawings used in the book created a vivid picture of what the two kids saw. The book was also short and clear. This prevents boredom. The way the authors were able to interpret the stories of the young children and come up with a book is so intelligent of them. The use of fantasy in the book was so captivating. It made me imagine the scenes as if I were there.
There is nothing to dislike in the book. The positives stated above and the perfect editing have made me give it a perfect rating. I, therefore, rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. The author provided links to YouTube where one can get to know more and even know the Bible verses related to the book.
I recommend this book to those interested in the destinies of the righteous and unrighteous, as it gives a clear picture of heaven and hell. Those inspired by the testimonies of other people can also read it. There is a lot to learn from the book, especially about the importance of embracing righteousness and godliness while on earth.
