THE BANNED BOOK ABOUT LOVE

This book is about loving all people. No matter what a person says or does. That it is ok to Love another person while they are doing stuff you don’t agree with. The author goes over how hate doesn’t work as a means. What he means to love all people and. How to make that love work.

I rate this book 3 out of 4, because I like the book but found it to be a slow read. I agreed with the point the author was trying to get across.

I like the point the author was trying to get across, which is to love another person no matter what they do. You can love a person and not like what they are doing. The author talks about how hate is easy and love is work. That society is lazy and would rather hate on a person. Then put work into a person and love them and make the changes needed. The author even goes in to how religion talks about loving thy neighbor. He also say it should be more than just religious people who should love thy neighbor. That it doesn’t matter about a person belief that all people need to love more.

What I don’t like about this book is how long it take to read it. It isn’t a very long book, but it seem to run on and on. It has good points just take a long time to get there. I also don’t like how it’s repeating itself. I am sure it does this to make sure the point sticks. The author could have simply said I love you but I don’t have to like you right now. That what I tell my children when they are mad and are yelling I don’t love you. I explain that they love me. They just don’t have to like the consequence to their actions. Sorry you lost your sword but you shouldn’t have smacked your little brother with it. Obviously you want a more severe punishment for Brock Turner. The author describes that what Brock did and how he loves him. Then explains why and what he means about loving everyone.

In conclusion, the author got his point across. That society is lazy and would rather hate on something over loving it and working on it. If you don’t like what’s happening and find it unfair. You should do something about it instead of hating on it.
