Golf is one sport I have never given much thought to, but reading this book helped me see its beauty and gave me an entirely new perspective on the sport. One interesting thing about this book was how the author strategically outlined tips on how to get the most out of it both on and off the field. Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book by Kalliope Barlis is a book you will definitely love.

The book is divided into three parts: 'Using Your Brain,' 'Practicing Golf,' and 'Playing Golf.' It begins by introducing key concepts that will motivate and inspire readers. The book then delves into the use of NLP as a tool for improving thinking and performance, providing exercises to enhance mental focus and memory. The author explores how thoughts, imagery, sounds, and feelings can impact one's ability to land shots successfully. This book further underlines the importance of learning from each shot, practicing with specific intentions, and creating neurosynaptic pathways for improved performance. There is so much more to benefit from this book.

I was amazed at how skillfully the author made this book very engaging for readers. The inclusion of practical exercises throughout the book allows readers to actively engage with the content and apply the principles discussed. The instructions on how to use the book for optimal results are concise and actionable, providing readers with a structured approach to learning and improvement. The integration of neuro-linguistic programming into golf instruction is a unique and intriguing approach that sets the book apart from traditional golf guides. This concept was entirely new to me, and I found it fascinating to learn about it. I love the fact that this book incorporates various approaches, such as mind techniques, strategic practice, and playing methods, for players of all levels. I commend the author for the brilliant and unique writing style used in this book.

There was nothing I disliked about this book. Although I found just one minor error, I do think the editors put in good work on this book. The book was well edited and very organized. The author avoided ambiguous golf terminologies, making this book an easy read for an average reader. The use of illustrative diagrams and sketches added to the general beauty of this book, making it very easy to comprehend the author's message.

This book was definitely worth reading. I will rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to all lovers and players of the golf sport.
