The In-Between by Christian Espinosa is a non-fiction book about how he learned to live in the in-between and balance micro and macro moments. He discusses the life events that sparked his life into the present rather than thinking of the future. It starts with his journey from St. Lois to Boston. He was involved in an accident on an Illinois road. The narrator and Vanessa started helping people involved in the accident. People stuck in the road were impatiently waiting for the street to clear. The accident sparked his life, and he knew how to live in the in-between moments. He highlights events that he should have considered the in-between moments and how they cost him.

Christian Espinosa has lived a life with a lot to share. His experiences are helpful to the reader since they show how you can balance life and set expectations that don't interfere with life balance. He never considered his wife while taking the new job in the military, and it cost him his marriage. His experiences are useful since they show his struggles and how they helped him appreciate other people's struggles. The in-between moments have some struggles and happiness and help readers learn to live in the journey since it can have happier moments than the main moments.

I have nothing against this book. The author's experiences are similar to what many people experience and show mistakes many people make.

I rate The In-Between by Christian Espinosa five out of five stars. The book was exceptionally edited since I couldn't find any mistakes. The author's story was touching since it shows how people live for big things and forget the micro-moments. The micro-moments are important since they help people understand life intricacies and their impact on one's life. It shows people how to balance their lives and enjoy the happy moments. With all these great things, I think it deserves a perfect rating.

I recommend this book to people having trouble balancing their micro and macro moments. It would help them learn how to balance them and live in the in-betweens.
