[Following is a volunteer review of "The Grids of the Word Crosser - Complete Edition" by Daniel Fonkem.]
The Grids of the Word Crosser - Complete Edition by Daniel Fonkem is a collection of 240 crossword puzzles. The puzzles consist of 15 columns and 15 rows. This formation creates a grid of 225 squares. Some of them are blackened, and the rest are empty. With each puzzle, there are instructions as to what should be written horizontally and what should be written vertically in the blank squares. At the end of the book, there are solutions for each crossword, so you can always check whether the puzzle was solved correctly.
This book is a real little gem for all crossword lovers. I like its comprehensiveness and the simple form of the crosswords. The book includes typical crossword puzzles that will undoubtedly enrich the afternoons of many crossword enthusiasts. I also appreciate that the puzzles are large enough; they take up almost the entire page, making them easier to fill. In addition, the guidance for completing them is relatively challenging. However, I like that the suggestions often include several synonyms to help solve a particular riddle.
Honestly, I have nothing negative to add. The book is exactly what it should be. It is rich in an assortment of crossword puzzles that stimulate the activation of brain circuits. They encourage thinking and reasoning, but they are also fun. I also believe that these kinds of puzzles can help enrich vocabulary. In addition, I did not come across any grammatical errors.
As for the rating, I give this book 5 out of 5 stars. The objective of this book is successfully carried out, and I have no reason to give it a lower rating.
I would primarily recommend this crossword puzzle collection to all lovers of crosswords and riddles. Likewise, if you have a friend who likes puzzles and brain teasers, I urge you to give them this book as a gift.
