The Book Health, Tips, Myths and Tricks, Is a very enlightening and informative book. The author is an MD Dr. Morton E. Tavel who in my opinion knows what he is talking about! The book can be summed up as different myths and tricks to common health problems such as weight loss, and healthy food consumption and gives lessons on healthy kinds of vitamins and fats. The books gives tips in a step by step manner. Which brought a lot of information to my attention that I did not know about. It truly feels like you are talking to your doctor. So many topics are mentioned in this book.

The books starts out talking about a healthy weight and right amount of calories to take each and everyday. It then goes on the describe different kinds of myths and many ideas how to take the weight off and keep it off. It then goes on describing different kinds of food. As you continue reading you find more information on different kinds of food such as tea and chocolate and then ends the book with a great recipes.

I absolutely LOVE the doctor's advice in the book. I am currently working on weight loss, the author has written a plan in the book for successful weight loss tactics. The more you read the more you learn about trans fats, and healthy oils. Coffee consumption, as well as tea consumption. I have learned so much from this book, you can tell the author is extremely educated I would definitely see him in person If i could. The best part about this book is the wonderful recipes for great healthy foods! The meals are lasted by the end of the book.

I rate this book 3 out of 4. There was much much information it was hard to wrap my brain around all of it. I took so many notes to get all the much need advice I needed. This book would really benefit someone who wanting to change their lifestyle and become a healthier person.

The last part of the book talks about healthy oils and vitamins. The author talks about Omega 3’s and how beneficial they are for our body. If you are looking for some great advice without going to the doctor check out Health Tips, Myths and Tricks. You will definitely walk away learning something new. I would really recommend this book to someone who really wants to become more healthy and I really love the great advice.
