"The Bonding" is a science fiction romance book. It is set in the planet Trianon and Argentus. The book is about Nissa and Tam who comes from differant times, differant tribes and differant beliefs. Their love for each other is so strong that it wins in the end. I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars.

Nissa is a princess of the planet Trianon. Her planet is being invaded by aliens. Her people are tortured and killed. Her father the King,Queen,Nissa and hundred of unmarried females are placed in cryo-pods and sent into space. They are hoping that someone finds the cryo-pods and rescue their planet from the aliens. Five hundred years into the future Tam a warrior from the planet Argentus comes across a cryo-pod floating in space. In it he sees a frozen female. He instantly falls in-love with her. She is suffering from"blue tingle" a severe hypothermia. His leader advised him to bond with her. He could only save her life by using his serum. In Tam's planet there's a shorage of females. Tam bonds with her and she awakes. She opens her eyes and sees Tam and she instantly falls in-love with him.

Tam's people rescue all the other cryo-pods. Nissa's mother the Queen dies from the "blue tingle". Her father the King awakes and is saddened by the loss of his Queen. He is not happy with Nissa's bonding and her new mate. He reminds her that she is the future Queen. Nissa puts her people first. Tam proves to the King that he is the best mate for Nissa.

I enjoyed the book. I loved the ending. I was frustrated when Nissa put love for Tam second and her people first. Nissa is a strong willed person who sacrified her happiness for her people. She was willing to do anything for her people. Tam supported her but he fought for her. He did everything to show the King how much he loved and cherished Nissa.

What I disliked about the book is the sex. There was too much of it. The writer campared sex to drugs. When Nissa and Tam broke up,they could not live without sex. Nissa needed Tam's serum just like a drug addict needed drugs. The book has a mature content and strong language. I recommend this book for reading. It is very interesting book. Well worth reading. It is a adult bookk. People who love romance books will love this book.
