In the captivating novel "We are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies" by Matthew Tysz, readers are transported to the enchanting realm of Voulhire. The author skillfully guides us on a mesmerizing journey, delving into the lives of diverse characters. Galen, a determined immigrant, grapples with adapting to a new environment and mastering blacksmithing. Eldus Alderman, a seasoned judge, aids the citizens of Hillport in overcoming scars left by their previous lords. Through Tysz's eloquent prose and attention to detail, the world of Voulhire comes alive, captivating readers with its rich tapestry of emotions, experiences, and triumph.
The author fearlessly exposes the pressing issues surrounding pedophilia and immigration from war-torn states.
I thoroughly appreciated the author's ingenious concept for the series. However, I must assert that the abundance of POVs may be overwhelming for some. Nonetheless, it is important to note that this does not have any discernible impact on the average reader. It is worth mentioning that there are no explicit scenes within the narrative that could be deemed inappropriate for young adult readers.
I would like to give this book a rating of 4 out of 4. The book is truly captivating, flawless, and remarkably devoid of any mistakes or grammatical errors.
