[Following is a volunteer review of "Breksta's Academy" by Natasha Quay.]
Breksta's Academy by Natasha Quay
The book tells about the war between dreamers and non-dreamers. In this war, it is their children who are affected the most, rather than themselves. Their kids must find a way to finish this war. There is a little magic or a non-magic situation. It is not easy for only one person to bring peace. I think Breksta's Academy has the best answers, which we need now in our world.
I felt like the story covered some issues that are in our lives today. Politically, all may not be as it seems. I think Breksta Academy is a great example that shows that people who take sides fanatically affect the lives of their children and the future of the world.
Natasha Quay had a great imagination while writing this book. Especially in the first episode, it was really touching. Breksta and Hestia are created as characters to set a good example of not being prejudiced. In my opinion, Icarus is the most surprising character. I think he is the most effective person for peace.
It's a book that I would want everyone around me, young and old, to read to learn from it. Natasha Quay has written the book so fluently that you do not experience any confusion. Nowhere can you say that it is excessive or that there is a need for it. Quay did a great job revealing the secrets one by one. It was definitely a novel that is hard to forget.
This is a book that I will always want to keep in my library, so I gave Breksta's Academy 4 out of 4. A story woven with great narration and imagination.
It is a book that everyone who loves fantasy, fiction, and magic will enjoy reading. There is no flaw; great editing. I recommend it for every age group, not just young people. You will definitely love it.
