This book majorly talks about the original events through which sins and death entered the world. The book also elaborates on the devastating impacts of the actions done by Cain and Abel that subsequently enslaved us all. It is a nonfiction book and it is a more of motivational and uplifting book for Christians as it gives the road map to eternal life and the author gives his own personal testimonies that relates to the very situation at that particular event.

Bill Combs, a retired Presbyterian Minister is the author of Who Told You That You Were Naked. He developed most of his stories as part of preparing his sermon and the book was published by “Carpenter’s Son Publishing.” Bill believes that sins, salvation, faith has been largely shaped through the lens of the New Testament. He illuminates the origin of man and the world as well. God creates woman out of man’s ribs since He saw that Adam was lonely and he has outlined the various series of human life circle where he states that human being life is up to 120 years. Man is considered to be more intelligent more than any other creature.

In this book there are various vocabularies that a Christian should understand in reinvigorating self worth because the book majors in Christianity life. The followings are the most important definitions that Christians should be familiar with and also the summary of the book:

Sins - is a selection of evil over good.

Faith - this can be viewed as a quantitative spiritual asset. For example, the given example of healing the lapper and centurion’s servant by Jesus is a real demonstration of faith because if not by their faith they would not be healed.

Transform - is renewal of your mind.

Confession - repentance by expressing true change of heart.

Bible - is the book of law and we should meditate on it day and night.

God’s peace – is like a referee in a team sport who blows his whistle only when the participant goes out of bounds and asking in the way of Christ, peace remains in our heart and minds.

Trials in life – we learn that we should depend on Christ not our natural strength.

Walking in the way – in order to walk with Him we should be humble and He will give us the desire and ability to implement His good pleasure.

The book has a few typos and they are as follows;

Page 6 there is a missing comma after the word plain tiger.

Some page numbers are on the wrong side for example page 92, 96,106 just but a few.

The word “Him” starts with a small letter on page110.

Some other pages are empty for example pages 148,174.

I really like the book because the author supports his writing by directly quoting the Bible verses on every matter that he touches on. This shows how well familiar he is with the Bible. I honestly agree with the author where he says that God told Adam not to eat or even touch the forbidden fruit because he will die that means even if he wouldn’t touch it or eat it he was still to die in future date maybe due to natural death and so I cannot agree with Paul that death was brought about by one man when they disobeyed God. I rate this book 3 out of 4 because it has some errors that could be identified by the editors for example error of page numbering and blank pages.

I can confirm that the book is really interesting and it relates with the real life situation that we undergo in our lifetime and it also makes someone to grow spiritually upright as it motivates the people with little faith to walk in the way of Christ in order to attain eternal life. Therefore, the following were the main points: Faith, Salvation, Transformation, Sins, and Confession.
