The book Karmic Selling by Stan Gwizdak is a book that is written with a true heart and that makes it much more worth reading. The book starts with the author telling us how the experience of a salesman distorted his perspective on salespeople in his childhood, followed by the background of the author’s career life and the reason he originated this philosophy of selling karma, which if adopted can do wonders. The author has transparently included every detail of his job and reading this makes a quick impact on the readers as to why an already successful man came up with a positive philosophy like this, which he adopted, and shifted his working ways. The book is divided into ten chapters which tell about making relations with people and indulging in conversations regarding the other person’s benefits or problems, follow-ups after the meeting, etc. The book is simply written yet is effective.

The book is neither some book for business tactics or some tips and tricks to lure your clients to succeed in your business, or corporate job, nor some salesman guide but rather the author tells us about connectivity which one can use to make social relations, not only that but the book suggests that anyone should just not see their client or customer as a deal but rather provide them with a sense of getting listened to, what they want, what their needs are, and what do they expect from the deals or anything else taking place; to simply put it, one can help others without any benefit or zero returns, even in a business or in a professional relation.

The book is edited flawlessly and the writing style is pleasing. The ideas shared by the author describe how with good intentions you can flourish in your career, and that too without using any politics or manipulative approaches, moreover nothing was displeasing about this book but certain corporate terms used, can be a bit confusing to someone not from that background but they don’t interfere with the message the author wants to give his audience, and for this I would rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.

Reading this book will give anyone a sense of connectivity to others and a zeal to do business with heart and readers fond of honest experiences and learnings can enjoy this book.
