Communication is so important in everything we do in life. It would be really awesome if we were all mind-readers but we aren’t so it is really important to know how to communicate. Great review and thanks for the recommendation.

You have mentioned that this book also helps in interpersonal relationships. I had thought this book was only for salespersons and thought of skipping it. But your review changed my mind. I am very eager to read this book.

Thank you very much, Mari. The technology tries to make us mind readers. Until then, we can work to communicate better, particularly with the people we love.

Thanks for your insightful review. You are right that communication is key in every aspect, and the skills are definitely transferable across work and family life (provided you don't try to turn everything into a sale). This does sound like a very handy book for almost anyone.

Thanks, Jennifer, for your comment. I agree, they are transferable skills. And we do not want to sell every idea we have to our beloved :) I like your balanced approach.

Metaphorically connecting to salesperson to superhero was clever move to hold interest for reader's. It seems to be helpful for people who working as salesperson or taking next step to working in sales section.
