The book "Reconfigurement" by Jeremiah D. Brown is a book about finance and investment. The book provides information and insight about different topics related to the finance industry including planning ahead for retirement, making a financial plan, managing assets, and building wealth. It also provides advice on taxes, insurance, and estate planning. Overall, readers can learn about how to navigate the financial world and make the most of their money.

The book is well-presented and easy to understand. The author manages to discuss topics related to finance, such as retirement planning, asset management, insurance, and estate planning in a way that someone without a proper background in finance can easily follow the ideas and concepts for every chapter.

I liked the fact that the author has made a conscious effort to write in a relatable and easy-to-understand style. The author’s writing coach which he acknowledges and editor has done a great job in ensuring the clarity and cohesiveness of his writing, simplifying complex concepts, and financial jargon. The author uses humor and personal anecdotes to make the concept of financial planning more engaging and accessible to readers.

However, it is worth noting that financial planning is a complex subject, and while the author has made every effort to simplify it, there may still be some concepts that are difficult to grasp for some readers. It is also important to note that while the author of this book is a financial advisor with experience in the field, the applicability of his advice may vary based on each individual's unique circumstances. It’s still important considering your own personal financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance. I really appreciate that the author is honest that the program that he is recommending to his readers are applicable in certain situations. Nonetheless, it is important to recognize that financial planning is unique to each individual's circumstances, and the applicability of the author's teachings will vary for each reader.

I am rating the book a 5 out of 5 for the book’s concerted effort to make financial planning more accessible, and relatable. The avoidance of using of jargon and using simple, easy-to-understand language make complex concepts comprehendible. The book has the potential to be helpful tool in financial planning. I highly recommend this book for individuals who want to deepen the understanding of financial concepts including those who are new to the field or are considering enrolling in a finance-related program.
