Discovering history unlocks a million puzzles in today's ages. Roadmap to the end of days by Daniel Friedmann. He was the former President and CEO of a global communications and information company until May 2016. He is working on projects in 15 countries and involved for about 30 years in space exploration and the Hubble Telescope. He is also a professional engineer and holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Physics. He became a long time student of religion too and his passion is to put science and the Holy Bible in correct context.

To unleash the maze of ancient history the world's number one guide is the Torah. It is our manual in God's creation story. Egypt and Hebrew race are the best example to examine the ancient history because they still exist until this day. This is the best book to dig out the Hebrew race origin as the basis of this book until reaching the finish line which is the end of days. Friedmann gives biblical chronology that corresponds in the world history.

The most intriguing part of this book is when Friedmann illustrated the Amalekites interference in God's Devine plan. There are plenty of figures that will help the reader to decipher it. But be sure not to neglect each table to remain intact on the authors point. Friedmann's meaning on the name Amalek is doubt. Whereas, doubt is the sad truth of human feeling that corrupts our mind. It escalated the sinful activity of human beings. This is the Amalekites during the time of Abraham, "then they turned back and came to En-mishpat (that is, Kadesh) and defeated all the country of the Amalekites, and also the Amorites who were dwelling in Hazazon-tamar" Gen. 4:7(ESV). It might create confusion in the Amalekites of Abraham's grandson Esau in Genesis chapter 36. Friedmann's focused only on the descendants of Esau, the Amalekites whom later became the enemies of Jacob's descendants.

A person who loves history will really enjoy reading this book. Footnotes are available when encountered a new word. Even if some ideas seems unbelievable like the authors entry joke but it is helpful to the readers to study and prove that probably it is true. The comparative symbol of Biblical events to Gregorian calendar is a big help to comprehend that our world is nearly to its end.

The format style is the best for illustrating world events. This book is a good source of information that even some Theologian will encounter new discovery on this book. I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars. The three core religions Judaism, Christianity and Islam readers somewhat agree on the authors point of view. But if someone believes on Jesus Christ might dismayed as Friedmann illustrated two Messiahs and the name Jesus Christ can't be found on this book which is the common beliefs of Christianity. On the other hand by reading it between the lines without escaping one word, the reader will get the authors point.

I'm familiar with some controversial thoughts on religion esp Christianity but this certainly beats all that I've heard...might check this out to satisfy my curiosity. Thanks for the review, Jem

I was curious about this book. Although the author has a lot of credibility, it is not a book I want to read. Thank you for your review and thank you for stopping by mine.

Great review!

I too read and reviewed this book and I agree with you on most points, like I loved the usage of Figures and Appendices, but I still just couldn't fully agree with the actual roadmap itself.

I like your review but I don't like the book. I think that it will only create confusion on my part. I do believe second coming but I give it all to God than by listening when it comes.
