The book tries to, first of all, establish the fact that everyone is capable of change, simply because we possess the ability to do so, and that we have every single requirement to be better.
The book takes a unique route to making better players by implementing the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) method, which is a way of changing or conditioning a person's mindset, the way they think, and their behavior to help them become better. In golf terms, this revolves around being able to recognize a good shot, how to improve your shot, and how to make it closer to being a good shot. This method makes the player's next shot better than the last and improves the player overall.
One notable strength of the book is its importance to golf players. The information contained within this book will without a doubt come in handy for not just amateur golfers but also professional golfers as well.
