Through this review, I would like to share my insights about the book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer. It's a very unique and interesting book. The book would fall under the genre of non-fiction. Through this book, the author has shared his thoughts and knowledge about managing one's personal finances. The author discusses various options to manage finances, like insurance, retirement funds, loans, etc. Along with the financial knowledge, the author shares his knowledge about the various aptitude tests that people can use to identify which career suits them best in life. Overall, it has perfect, short, and crisp content for readers.

I liked this book more than I imagined. The best part of the book were the stories that the author used to support his ideas and his points, especially the farmer's story about the crisis. The story describes how one can change his perspective on crises in order to reduce unnecessary suffering. There is always something good associated with a crisis. The book is filled with several similar stories that never cease to inspire readers.

There is nothing that I dislike about the book. It was very well presented and edited. The concepts described in the book were primarily related to finance and careers and were fabulously explained.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. It's been a long time since I read such an interesting non-fiction book. I found the book perfect, without any flaws. Although I can suggest the author to include more examples and stories because these will help the readers connect with the book along with the characters of the stories.

I can recommend this book to all readers, irrespective of their preferred genre. The book talks and discusses about managing one's personal finances effectively, which would be beneficial to all readers. Hence, all should check out this book to better understand finances and how to earn and save more throughout one's career period.
