Thank you for your insightful review. There are aspects of this book that I'm not sure would apply within England where we have the NHS. I agree with the points of primary care physicians being important, but that is almost a natural thing to be registered with a practice here. The aspects of the roles within healthcare could still be of use across the globe though.
