The business world undergoes rapid evolution across various dimensions such as communication methods, transactions, pricing strategies, and legislative frameworks. Amidst these changes, Stan Gwizdak highlights a timeless principle in this dynamic domain: the importance of "doing good." Gwizdak coined the term "Karmic selling," which he interprets as conducting business with a focus on doing good and expecting reciprocation in kind.

Stan Gwizdak decided to face the world not as a salesperson in a blue suit but with a mindset of helping people. He calls it the “However-I-can-help-mindset”. This approach adopted by the writer wasn’t until he almost lost his life in a terrible road accident while rushing to a meeting where he was to represent his employers. This fueled his ambition to start his own firm whose primary focus was to do good and help people wherever he could.

The author's inclusive writing style renders this book a compelling resource for aspiring business professionals and curious youths seeking insights into the workings of the business world. Gwizdak adeptly interweaves quotes from accomplished figures across diverse industries, enhancing the book's richness. Furthermore, the book demonstrates a high level of professionalism in its editing, with minimal typographical errors encountered. The language used doesn’t side much with any religion, tribe, or group. It is encompassing and non-discriminatory.

Notably, there are few discernible drawbacks to this book. One potential area of curiosity for readers may revolve around whether the author has encountered instances in his career where business deals were successfully concluded on the first meeting.

On the whole, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars, attributing its merits to its professional tone, clarity of language, and meticulous editing.

It comes highly recommended to individuals contemplating entry into the business sphere, offering valuable guidance on navigating the terrain with sincerity and a spirit of assistance.
