Hello my love by Evy journey is a fictional romance novel that is the first in the series ' between two worlds'. This book draws you into a world where true love reunites Elise and Greg time and time again.

Elise, blonde with big blue eyes is a second year law student with exemplary grades. Her father economics professor Charles Halverson teaches at the same school. Leah who is Elise's roommate and best friend considers Elise gorgeous but in her opinion, only wanted to engage minds of men unlike herself who invited men with her eyes. Elise had other important issues in her twenty-three year old life other than relationships. Who would have guessed she would fall head over heels in love with Greg?

Greg Thorpe is owner of a large internet based firm but known more by gossip columns as a playboy. One glance of Elise on TV changes him. He inquires about Elise and coincidentally on one of his consultations with Mr Halverson, Elise drops by and like any love story get well acquainted falling madly in love with each other.

Did I forget to mention Greg is already engaged to Lori, whose looks and success undeniably would attract anyone. Hell, even me at one point. Predictably, he calls off his wedding to Lori but more and more drama follow. Greg retreats on a soul searching journey for a year and both Greg and Elise reunite but a lot has changed for them both. Will the love they have for each other suffice to keep them together?

At the beginning, I think the author started out strong and had really nice characterization but eventually I got annoyed at some characters. Elise is portrayed as an opinionated, stunning and goal oriented girl but eventually is characterized as naive and somewhat unrealistic. I cannot mention enough without spoilers but in my opinion Greg shouldn't have had an easy time rekindling the relationship he had with Elise after his one year retreat.

I also felt the author left us hanging in between chapters in the sense that at times the next chapter was months later without prior explanation to what happened in between. I was left guessing in between. Also, the title wasn't of any significance and therefore not as captivating as some titles of romance novels I have read in the past. Despite those few problems the story line was captivating and was full of detail. The sex scenes were intense and well told. This book is therefore best for people above seventeen.

I rate this book a 3 out of 4 for its well told story. I am really anxious to read the other sequels in this series. If you admire romance or have given up on it altogether then this book is just for you.
