I laughed hysterically when I remembered how many online couples I idolise who do the same, and it always makes me feel bad about how perfect their relationship is and not mine.

The inclusion of checklists and a myth index at the end of the book is a helpful summary of the key points covered. Additionally, the editing is impeccable, with no noticeable typos and Sims' writing style is engaging and feels like a heart-to-heart conversation with a friend.
