[Following is a volunteer review of "E M P Honeymoon" by Dorothy May Mercer.]
Dorothy May Mercer's book "EMP Honeymoon" is an action-packed read with plenty of thrilling moments. It also describes how a newlywed couple's honeymoon evolved into a rescue operation.
The novel opens with the tale of Kelly and Tom Turbolo, a newlywed couple who spent their honeymoon on an island resort in Honduras. When Kelly entered a pigsty shop to buy gifts for her family, she had no idea that it was actually an undercover location for a terrorist organization. Kelly discovered some computers in a room where programs were running. Suddenly, she was attacked, but she managed to escape and quickly called her brother, Senator Mike McBride, to inform him about what had happened in the pigsty shop. The honeymoon was cut short because of the events in the pigsty shop; they had to cooperate with security services to prevent the terrorists' planned attack.
I enjoyed reading this book because it has many positive aspects. The captivating and exciting plot demonstrates Dorothy's imaginative talent for drawing readers in. Science fiction enthusiasts are likely to appreciate the likable plot. The great character development in this work gives each character attention to detail and depth. I do not dislike anything about this book, as I am still enthralled by it. Reading it was never boring, and I want to thank the author for creating such a fantastic piece of work. My time was well spent.
I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. My rating is based on two factors: the author's unique writing style and an engaging plot. I should also add that the book was really exceptionally edited because I did not run into any errors when reading it. Lastly, because it is a highly fascinating read, I would recommend this book to fans of thrillers and action.
