Elise Halverson is an independent, fierce and beautiful lady, who is studying to achieve the position of a lawyer someday. A firm tigress, who never hesitates in standing up to what she thinks is right. She never throws a bone to men, as she has guarded her heart with ice. But as it is the fate of ice to melt, hence comes the entry of fireman, Greg Thorpe, a millionaire playboy who has had various affairs but has never fallen in love. At the very first sight of her, he falls in love with her. He frequently meets her at dinners hosted by Halversons, as he is engaged in some business related advisory with Elise’s father. Eventually, Elise also begins to like him a bit but is adamant to repress those feelings and friend-zones him, limiting their conversations to intellectual and work-related issues only. On the other side of path, Greg’s wedding with Lori is just around the corner. In all these twisted situations, Greg takes Elise home and they end up making love. Knowing there’s no way of going ahead, she leaves. On the other side, Greg realizes that he can’t share his life with any other woman except for Elise. So, he calls off his engagement with Lori. Lori gets furious and vows to make him regret his decision to jilt her. After settling a lawsuit with her, he turns gloomy as he does not have the courage to face Elise again. Now, with broken hearts, distance and unpredictable events, their lives take another turn that changes their lives upside-down. To find all about that, you have to make your journey through Hello, My Love.
Moreover, I didn’t like the writer’s choice for each chapter titles. Most of them were named after the characters’ name. I didn’t find it quite impressing. Evy could have chosen better titles. Furthermore, besides this shortcoming, I didn’t find anything else to complain about. No grammatical errors, no weak phrases and no awkward sentences. In short, this book was a package full of love, despair and heartbreak.
Overall, I loved the writer’s writing style, as it depicted a lot of resemblance to that of Jane Austen’s novels, especially Pride and Prejudice. Each and every scene was well detailed and I could imagine every scene taking shape in my mind. I would rate it 4 out of 4, as this novel is worthy of admiration. I would definelty recommend it to those who find pleasure in spicy love stories.

This is exactly what this tale was all about. And trust me, at the end, they did prove that their love was worth fighting for against the tough realities of their fate. They were meant to be together. I have to admit that the two main characters of the plot were like hot dancing flames which kept me going for more and more. Hotness took over rapidly as they met again and again. Moreover, I enjoyed reading it, as this love story had a lot of spices added along with romance. First Elise’s ice walls against men and love. Then Lori’s obsession for revenge and at last, Elsie and Greg’s separation filled with tears and despair. Moreover, it reflected parent’s unconditional love and support, Elise’s parents stood by her side in her tough time and supported her. Unlike, some predictable stories, it had many unpredictable turns, increasing curiosity to know what lies ahead.Obstacles are put in our way to see if what we want is worth fighting for
