[Following is a volunteer review of "Reconfigurement" by E. Alan Fleischauer.]
Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a nonfiction book and an insightful guide that rethinks existing approaches to retirement planning, providing practical advice with self-discovery tools. Fleischauer's extensive experience as a financial advisor is a huge asset to this book's robust content, which every reader will find to be a crucial resource in planning and maintaining stability in their financial lives.
The book delves into the importance of financial planning, emphasizing the need for strategies that align with the life expectancies of modern times. The author addresses the gap between outdated financial principles aligned with the realities of today's world, offering fresh perspectives on retirement planning. The book covers essential topics like career choices and planning, health insurance, work values, and investment options, providing readers with a comprehensive approach to securing their financial future, especially as they age.
The author's writing is very straightforward and jargon-free, which makes the complex financial concepts featured in this book very easy to understand. The inclusion of personality and career tests adds an interactive element, which would be useful to readers in tailoring their financial plans to their unique profiles. The emphasis on health insurance in chapter nine of this book was really appealing to me. This is due to the various health challenges that come with aging. It is important that every worker create a means of survival for themselves just before retirement comes. Almost all chapters of this book contain highly comprehensible instances, facts, and assessments, which makes the content of this book practicable and relatable.
This book was just so helpful that I did not notice anything negative to criticize. This book was also meticulously edited by the editor, and I could not find any errors in it. I loved the level of research carried out for the purpose of this book. I had to check some of the facts, and I found them to be authentic.
I had absolutely nothing against this book. I will rate it 5 out of 5 stars. It will be a valuable resource for anyone planning for retirement. I also recommend this book to all lovers of nonfiction books.
