Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a nice nonfiction book that everyone needs to go through. It is all about financial advice. The author targets people who have plans, especially those who are about to retire or know that sometimes their retirement will finally come. The author talks about investment, income protection, career retirement, and affordable health. The author focuses on advising not only those in old age but also the young, regardless of age, since everyone reaches a point where everything becomes tiresome, and without a plan, one can end up aging poor or with a miserable life.

The author also guides the basic tools required to have a successful life even after retirement. This is achieved by working harder while age and time still allow for a stable source of income. For this reason, we should avoid living lives that are not of our dreams or not of our version, but instead within our limits. This book serves as a guide to retirement planning, where one learns how to plan for a bright future before it's too late.

What I liked in this book is that I have been motivated and even learned how to plan myself for a better future. I was able to learn that early planning is best for a brighter future. The author also used simple words so that every person could understand the context. I also liked how the author explains in detail what it means to have reconfigured finance.

I found nothing to dislike in the book since it has changed my perspective on life, and therefore I will rate it 5 out of 5 stars because of the above-mentioned likes and the book's relevance, which I am sure everyone will want to read. Also because of the edit, which was well edited.

I will recommend this book to all servants, be it civil, home, or any person working. This book has all the guides on how you will plan for your future, despite the work you're doing or the amount you get. Everything is capable of a brighter future if you get knowledge on how to plan well, and here is the book that grants all the knowledge.
