[Following is a volunteer review of "Man Mission" by Eytan Uliel.]
“Man Mission” by Eytan Uliel talks about the stories of four men: the protagonist, Daniel, Alec, and Sam. The book talks about how four men gets involved in an epic journey in fifteen years. The four young friends establish a tradition in college to take a trip together, hence in Man Mission, is the annual get together they keep for fifteen years. The friends have exciting times during their travels and spend it consciously by enjoying it to every bit. Throughout the book, one can read the various life altering adventures that these men face during their adventure. Eventually everything changes and the trip becomes more challenging as everybody gets married and starts a family. The trip finally becomes a time to bond and relive the memories they had when they were young.
The author has vividly provided the readers with the adventures that these four young men had during their college times and how they eventually changed as responsibilities increased. The author’s style is very flowy and attention grabbing, helping the readers understand the emotions of all individual characters deeply. The author shows a clear differentiation between the personal and travel stories of the young men. The author has included the realities that men face during their growth and has made it excruciatingly relatable.
Hence, the book is a great read for all the travel enthusiasts and the public. The book gives insights into the different cultures, citizens, cities and dreams. The author has provided a detailed overview of the cities like Japan, Fiji, New Zealand, Iceland along with their maps, which makes the book illustrative and exciting. This book showcases the emotions of a man and the phases they go through during their college life and eventually how it changes their perspective as they grow old.
Therefore, this is a great read for everybody and the author has also provided the readers with some exciting storylines. I would rate this book a solid five out of five for its brilliant writing and character development. The book encourages people to take those trips with their friends and enjoy every moment of their life.
