Through his book, The Solution is Political Revolution, Jillion R. Rising gives an appealing approach to deciphering the complex political and economical nature of present-day America with precision and sophistry to the affairs of citizens. Rising, armed with his experience in construction industry business ventures and social activism, produces a new interpretation on how the threads of government policies, economic fluctuations, and the corporate world’s maneuvers impact the proletariat. Carefully, the book chronicles how the systems of politics and the economy have become prejudiced with regards to the larger population, delving into issues like economic inequality and the degeneration of democracy.

It is evident that Rising’s analysis is rather comprehensive and unambiguous. He explains topics like the role that special interests play in the existence and formulation of public policies and how decisions made by the regulatory authorities affect job creation. The special feature is that through his prism, complex political and economic processes are revealed in a simple and understandable manner for the majority of people. Rising gives readers a broad perspective about how these factors have shaped today’s nation through the analysis of historical and modern crises, as well as fluctuations in government policies.

In The Solution is Political Revolution is Rising article, the key idea with which the author tries to solve the problems he highlights is the participative citizens’ engagement. The book essentially asserts that it is only through collective action and basic understanding that change is possible and not through simple fine tweaks or authoritative dirigisme. I really liked the book; there was nothing I disliked in this book. Mumford and Gamble are encouraging their readers toward policy involvement at the grass-roots level, and this is very inspiring or empowering as it encourages people to think twice about their actions in the political realm and fight for change.

Indeed, one of the major assets of the book is the perfect editing. Overall, the text is written without grammatical mistakes that could significantly hinder understanding and is generally rather coherent. Such a keen focus on professionalism guarantees that the primary ideas of Rising are well-developed and elaborated in a proficient manner.

All in all, having realized that the publisher of this book gives readers an exceptional analysis of the issues discussed, backed by the author’s persuading arguments, and edited free from errors, I award this book 5 out of 5 stars. The most important aspects of Rising’s work include the style and content of the articles—rather straightforward and engaging—and the ability to elicit a sense of action regarding political participation from people. This book is highly recommended for any person interested in the dynamics in American politics and economics and for those searching for ideas for positive involvement in society.
