[Following is a volunteer review of "All You'll Never Be (Audible Edition)" by E L Neve.]
I cannot say enough about E. L. Neve’s audio book All You’ll Never Be. Anyone who struggles with self-image should listen to this book. The thought-provoking question of what you are proud of about yourself that no one else has told you before, brings the self-help aspect into the storytelling. The comparison between a grasshopper and flower creates the visual to not conform to the worlds expectations and be someone you are not. As you listen to the book, you are provided with the opportunity for personal growth and development without knowing it. You will be able to reflect on yourself and gain appreciation for who you truly are and not what you need to be to fit into the crowd.
The soothing music that coincides with the powerful words created a meditation experience for me as I listened to All You’ll Never Be through Audible. I listened to this book a few times and gained a different perspective each time I listened to it. We are all unique and we need to be proud of who we are as individuals and how God created us. I give this book 5 out of 5 stars. There is nothing to detract from staying engaged in the story being told. Some audiobooks have narrators that I struggle with staying engaged with, but this was not the case this time. The narrator has a calming presence followed by the music which can pull you out of your thoughts just long enough to re-enter with the next chapter.
I strongly recommend this audiobook to anyone who is looking for a powerful message to instill positive self-loving thoughts within. The storyline of the grasshopper and flower provides the opportunity to think about personal growth and development and not compare yourself to a person but considering the unique qualities and characteristics of nature. This is a must read!
