Go beyond lounging by the pool and sipping cocktails in Dorothy May Mercer's "E M P Honeymoon," as newlyweds Kelly and Tom Turbulo are thrust into an exhilarating journey that impacts their ideal vacation with a dash of espionage. In a store, Kelly inadvertently stumbles onto a terrible terrorist scheme involving a planned attack with an electromagnetic pulse weapon that may potentially destroy the United States of America. Kelly and her husband, Tom, were in anything but a relaxed situation after making this discovery. The once-perfect island environment becomes dangerous as Kelly and Tom work with powerful and knowledgeable people to take every precaution to eliminate the threat.

I was engrossed in this book from start to finish. Its suspenseful and captivating nature appeals to me. Sen. Michael McBride's prompt answer motivated me. A thorough explanation of each of the book's main characters was provided by the author, Dorothy May Mercer. Near the book's conclusion, I felt compelled to check out more of the author's writing. Excellent and easily comprehensible writing is displayed by the author. I was transported to every moment of the novel, which makes for an incredibly engaging plot. My understanding of magnetic impulses has improved since reading this book.

This book contained no mistakes. It has excellent editing. The speed of this book was the only issue I found with it. At certain points, I think the book was rushed and left out important aspects that would have given it more depth. Even so, this book's shortcomings aren't enough to take away a star.

I give this book five out of five-stars rating because it emphasizes how important it is for citizens to behave in a patriotic manner. Assisting her brother Senator McBride and CIA agent Steve, we watch a normal couple who ought to be relishing their honeymoon fully assume pivotal roles in their efforts to foil the terrorist attack.

Every young couple who appreciates thrilling thrillers with captivating stories, compelling characters, and heart-pounding action should read this novel, in my opinion. This book will keep you on the edge of your seat, whether you like thrilling, action-packed adventures or interesting stories with surprising turns.
