The Smartest Person in the Room by Christian Espinosa teaches you how to improve your behavior as a leader and a cybersecurity expert. It guides you through steps to understand and control your thoughts and to communicate better with your colleagues and clients, aiming to help you succeed in the cyberwar.

The author thinks we're losing the cyberwar not due to technology shortages but because of people in the field. The main issues are technical experts' egos, their reluctance to let go of wanting to be the smartest, and their lack of motivation or interest in the job. Additionally, the required certificates and qualifications for cybersecurity jobs don't provide enough real-world experience.

One of my favorite parts of the book was Espinosa's personal stories and experiences. He tells about his own journey and the lessons he learned, which made the book easy to connect with and interesting. I also liked how he explained difficult ideas in simple steps that anyone can use.

I don't have any dislikes about the book. It's full of useful information, and it kept my interest. The writing style is simple, so it's easy for anyone to understand.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because the author knows his subject well and supports all his points with evidence. The book was well edited and didn't have any grammar mistakes.

I wholeheartedly endorse this book for individuals who are seeking to enhance their social skills, navigate work challenges more effectively, or gain profound insights into life's complexities. The Secure Methodology outlined in The Smartest Person in the Room has the potential to bring about significant positive changes in your life. I am sincerely grateful to Christian Espinosa for crafting a book that is not only meaningful but also immensely valuable. His work has the power to empower and inspire readers on their personal and professional journeys.
