5 out of 5 stars.

“Play Golf Better and Faster: This structural practice guide titled “The Little Golf Bag Book” is by Kalliope Barlis, who wrote it aiming to get better at golf in a hurry. Moreover, this manual covers fundamental skills required for the sport as well as psychological mentorship which also makes it an incredible read for any ambitious golfer.

The book has three main divisions namely: Using Your Brain, Practicing Golf, and Playing Golf. The first part addresses mental conditioning and has NLP techniques meant to build a positive attitude, concentration, and inner strength among the readers developed by the author. She argues that a strong mental game is crucial for success in golf, often more so than physical mechanics.

The second section might be dedicated to helpful training patterns. For example, Barlis offers solutions that fix various issues such as grip, swing, and putting styles applicable to different challenges faced by players. She practices management skills which are important in letting golfers know that quantity does not always equal quality as it may seem in a case like hitting many balls.

Lastly, there are playing tips covered in the last section of the book. In addition, Barlis provides some valuable advice one can use while engaging himself in the game; like managing the course or thinking strategically, etc. Her writing’s logical steps make it easier to follow so that her principles can be adopted.

Another advantage is that Barlis is both a professional golfer and an individual who applied NLP strategies when composing this book. She talks about her improvement thus showing how much mental training improves physical performance. To make it more relatable to everyone, she ends with tips and exercises on how they can apply them to their daily lives instead of being theoretical alone.

Even though Play Golf Better Faster: While “The Little Golf Bag Book” is highly effective; some people might think it is not unique or easy to comprehend at first. Also, some may argue that the book is too simple which means that experienced players in golf who need more of these tips could be discouraged by the same weakness. However, none of these affected its quality in any way and hence deserves a 5-star rating.

In this book, I didn’t find any typos or grammatical errors and the editing and writing style is perfect. The book deserves a 5-star rating.

All in all, “Play Golf Better Faster: “The Little Golf Bag Book” is a massive read friendly to anyone who spends time reading it due to its extremely practical nature either for mental stimulation or physical fitness purposes. Furthermore, Barlis’ writing style is direct and unpretentious and this only proves how readable her work truly is. In fact, because of this combination of instructions with mind programming among others, it would be fair to give the book 5 stars considering that apart from being an awesome guide for everyone else.
