Kalliope Barlis’ “Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Big Golf Book" is a game-changing book that speaks directly to golfers of all levels. The author takes us through her own experiences, stressing the importance of mental training and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) as the keys to mastering the game. Through telling her story of how she overcame hurdles and achieved what appeared to be impossible, Barlis shows how she was able to inspire readers about the power of vivid imagination and thinking positively while also showing that these can make one better at golf.

The book stands out for its pragmatic approach, providing step-by-step exercises intended to improve both mind and body in relation to the game. This makes terms like brain training, tension release, or staying focused understandable by people of any level of expertise. Focusing on consistency, routine, and correct technique together with anchoring positive memories forms a solid basis for lasting results on the course.

This book is an all-in-one source that enables players to hone their skills. Blended personal stories with scientific insights but most importantly practical activities have made this a holistic manual not only meant for perfecting techniques but developing strong links within one’s soul with the sport itself.

What I love most about “Play Golf Better Faster” is how Kalliope Barlis expertly infuses neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) into golf practice, thereby emphasizing mental concentration and optimistic visualization. Additionally, she has managed to connect these psychological strategies with some applicable drills, allowing golfers’ minds to grow wings while performing well—rarely has anyone seen such creativity and provocation. In this regard, Barlis’s book offers a distinctive viewpoint beyond physical playing that is based on pushing athletes to become mentally tough and consistent in their approach to the game. The book is perfectly edited.

Any individual who wishes to refine their game in golf for maximum achievement in any field should acquire this book. There is nothing to dislike in this book. I rate the book 5 out of 5 stars because of the information in it.
