[Following is a volunteer review of "Woodland. Family Portrait" by Art Lionson.]
I started reading this book to try something new, ended up staying to hear about this crazy world and the young boys as they navigate the shadows and try to uncover who framed them.
I highly recommend reading this book if you like drama, action, and maybe a little angst.
Hopefully I can read more like this from this amazing author. I haven’t gotten sucked into a story like this in a long time.
What could be better than a very well organized book with an excellent drama plot? The mystery they added made it so much more interesting and exciting and enjoyable.
This book is one of the best I’ve ever read in my life. I’m looking forward to more from this author.
In a rating out of four I give 4/4 stars, the book is very well written and hooks the reader’s focus within seconds
In a rating out of five I give 5/5 stars, the author does a very good job drawing connections between the dystopian world in the author’s book and the current state of the world.
