[Following is a volunteer review of "Reconfigurement" by E. Alan Fleischauer.]
A significant portion of our lives is indeed spent handling heavy subjects like career, finances, planning, and everything associated with it. These are the issues that need to be addressed with utmost attention and detail, and Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is the perfect book for proper instruction and support.
By keeping personal growth and development as the core issue, the author has done a splendid job of unifying their journey and the things learned into the best suggestions and advice. Being a self-help book, Reconfigurement is arranged in a manner that keeps the reader interested and motivated at the same time. The book creates a drive for good financial planning in the readers and gives them the support to do so.
As the title says, the book introduces a concept called 'Reconfigurement' which basically addresses the point and the need for proper financial planning, including planning for a post-retirement life. An appreciable quality of the book is that it's not tedious the way most self-help books are; the author uses real-life experiences and scenarios with great humor.
Furthermore, the author has successfully arranged critical content in a way that the readers will keep on reading. The lessons that the readers will learn from this book will surely lead to a secure future. I did not find any particular discrepancies or errors in the editing of this book, which is why I rate it 5 out of 5 stars.
Most importantly, if the goal of any person's life is to work at a job they genuinely love, work hard and save well, to live life in the most beautiful way possible, then it is a must to plan and plan properly. The book has an exhaustive list of subjects like career, life skills, goals, finances, investments, etc. that are written beautifully through the use of real stories, which makes it easier for the reader to read and grasp. I'll definitely recommend this book for tips and pieces of advice in planning for the future.
