Embracing Responsibility by Julie Liddell is a self-help book that encourages readers to look beyond the existing crises and emerge to take responsibility for their actions and their consequences. He did not fail to show that for every action, good or bad, there's a consequence attached to it; hence, one of the major reasons behind penning this book was to guide the reader through being the best version of themselves, which indeed is an attribute of personal growth and development.

The author has this astonishing way with words that just made me adore this book. My impression of this book was that it was as if I were right there in the middle of nature. To me, the book was clear, and I believe most readers will feel that too. I loved how she began with simple basic ideas such as values, beliefs, and choices and how they come together to constitute the behavior of an individual.

Then she went on to elaborate on the convoluted concept of individual responsibility, self-awareness, mindfulness, and owning up to the consequences of one's actions as living responsibly. It just seemed like building a house in which all those concepts were bricks supporting each other, making for a detailed guide on how to live responsibly—I loved it! The book was well edited, really; the errors were nil.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike in this book. Each chapter was entertaining, yet clear and concise. Having lots of citations from various philosophers and sages made the book more encouraging and effective. I also have been able to be really conscious of what my goal was in life and how I wanted my actions to affect others. This book should be recommended for people in search of a change of mind to follow a more responsible direction.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because there was no grammatical error found while reading this book. The book was clear and understandable, with the author's writing style standing out and remarkable, which made each chapter engaging for readers and straightforward with an impactful and inspiring sense to it. A book that will build self-esteem while growing in concern for a young person's goals and desires for oneself. The author has done an outstanding job with this one.
