From sales managers to direct sales staff, all can benefit from the suggestions, real-life experiences, tips, takeaways, and online resources provided by the author in this book to help tackle problems in sales processes or to enhance sales. Reggie Pearse started his career in Ireland working for the family business headed by his father; later, he himself became the CEO of the family business. He raised his family business. The format of this book is commendable. It requires reading just 7 chapters for the readers to step up as highly efficient sales personnel.
The author emphasizes the need for sales personnel to connect, communicate, and have an effective presence for achieving success in sales. The old sales approaches may not appeal to today's buyers or suit the new age buying styles. So, the author mentions interesting and practical ways to understand buyers and to encourage buyers into buying using a highly productive approach.
The author has beautifully managed to encompass important information related to helping readers succeed at sales in a mere 7 chapters. Needless to say, each chapter in this book is absolutely resourceful. The author states various ways to bring about desirable changes within the sales personnel too for an outstanding sales performance. These ways are explained precisely, and reading this book is almost like undergoing a full-fledged training. Nevertheless, remember this is a self-help book.
The editing of this book is respectable. It's content is a perfect blend of the author's personal stories, quotes by famous personalities, important points, etc., making this book very appealing and easier for the readers to put into practice. There is nothing negative about this book. Reggie Pearse has created a useful resource for all of those working in the sales force.
