How to Be a Superstar Salesperson by Audri White is an engaging book on the intricacies of business and how to scale through in the world of business. Although a short “pocket trainer," this book is a must-have for every salesperson out there, regardless of the nature of the product being sold. I give this book a perfect rating of five out of five stars for numerous reasons, which include the great editing, its concise and easy-to-use nature, and the use of mnemonics.

There are seven chapters in this short book. The Art of Connecting is the first chapter and emphasizes making connections before sales using the CAPI system. The author gives practical advice on effective techniques for marketing goods and services. The act of persuasion is not an easy one, especially in a competitive environment, but with techniques such as CAPI, SPIN, and FAB provided in this book, it becomes easier. I especially love the use of mnemonics, making the whole concept relatable and memorizable. There is also much emphasis on listening as a tool to success; a good salesperson should be a good listener and always have the customers' interests at heart. The author also employs the use of dialogue, giving practical examples of buyer-seller conversations. Honestly, the techniques illustrated in this book can always come in handy for daily business interactions, and anyone aiming to become a “superstar” salesperson should have a copy of this book. The most interesting and captivating feature of this book is its concise yet easy-to-use nature. It's not a boring, voluminous book on the marketing and sales theories; even nonprofessionals can use this book effectively to achieve success. Do you want to get the full information?
