In the present busy life, where we don't even listen to our body for its basic needs most of the time, listening to the soul is a far-fetched concept. It won't be possible all the time, even if we tried. So, to attend soulfulness or even understand one's soul seems a very tough job.

Soul-Fullness by Tosin King James is an intriguing guidebook, where the author helps the readers navigate through various stories, perspectives, and exercises to connect with their souls and attain soulfulness.

The main part of the book is divided into 21 chapters, each for a day in a 21-day journey of attaining soulfulness. The book discusses several topics such as spirituality, inner guidance, dreams, guardian angels, life after death, spirit guides, and spiritual journeys. In these chapters, the author has provided various techniques to develop awareness, cleanse mind and body, connect with one's spirit guide, practice gratitude, and understand one's true nature and purpose through one's soul.

I loved the author's writing style and his viewpoints on various topics. It's a mix of storytelling and guidance. I enjoyed how the author has incorporated several small stories from his own life and that of others in the book. They kept reading entertaining and hard to put down, even though you are meant to follow each chapter a day. The colorful pictures between the chapters and the glossary at the end were a bonus.

I would give this book 5 out of 5 stars. The book is well-written and artfully organized. The chapters are separate but still connected, making the reading a continuous experience despite the regular breaks. The language that the author used is simple, straightforward, and easy to understand. The book also seems to be professionally edited, as I didn't find any errors. It was both engaging and educating. The tasks given in each chapter are not only simple and thoughtful but also easy to follow. I found that these tasks are not only helpful for a spiritual journey but can also be used for mindfulness and relaxation. I didn't find anything in the book to deduct any points for, so I would give Soul-Fullness by Tosin King James a perfect score.

The part that I enjoyed reading the most was ‘After The Book: Spiritual Encounters’. It gave me goosebumps but I would give one more point for this section if I could. One point that stood out to me was the author's statement about how God did not make religion. I agree with it, however, it might seem controversial to some religions that believe otherwise. However, to me, it was not something to deduct a point for, so I did not.

I would recommend this book to anyone looking for guidance in their spiritual understanding and journey. It's also a fabulous book to read if you are searching for a good energy boost and interesting stories.
