Knight’s Tour: A Morrow’s Con Story is another brilliant fictional masterpiece by Earl James.

Morrow’s intricate mind races against the clock to pull off another thrilling gig with his entourage. This epic tale takes us through multiple cons. The missions are complicated and deadly. Morrow strategizes and carefully analyzes each detail in several different scenarios. He makes sure to always include a backup plan and often has multiple backup plans for each scenario.

Without spilling too many beans, Morrow finds himself tangled in an intriguing mystery. After a quick con with a fake vase, he is hired by an oil company to find its missing employees. However, everything is not what it seems. Can Morrow make the right moves? Will his handpicked players stay loyal?

This story brings out a softer side of Morrow, which gives the conman another layer to peel. He has formed bonds with many of his entourage and might even find a little love.

I enjoyed that several key players return from the first book, Morrow’s Con: Opening Gambit. Earl James is a phenomenal author who writes an amazing tale filled with intricate details. I look forward to reading the entire series.

This series is quickly becoming one of my favorite reads. If you’re looking for an adventure to get lost in, I highly recommend that you give this series a try.

I only came across two very minor editorial errors that I would change. For example, Tommy was spelled Tommie just one time. The other was a punctuation error that could be easily overlooked. Otherwise, I wouldn’t change anything about the story. Like I wrote above, it was a masterpiece.

I rated this 5 out of 5 because it was an amazing read. The story contained excitement, adventure, and mystery. I was excited to read the second book, and I was not disappointed.

This story contains violence, profanity, and minor sexual references, which may not be suitable for all audiences.
