It's actually a nice book and I recommend it to everyone... I like the fact that it centered on wellness and how one can take of his/her well being and get relaxation. The book enlightened us on how we can experiment with different self care techniques and develop a personal wellness activity that can fit into our day to day lifestyle.
It helps to know the fact that self-care should not be treated like home rather a necessity. It will also help you to understand that self-care isn't a chore but something that is soothing to our body, soul and well being.
It's encourages the self relief approach without the pressure of perfection..
This book has helped in guiding us through 52 weeks of fun wellness activity.
Yogo is also mentioned for facilitating wellness. From yoga to meditating.
