Snatched Up to Heaven! is a fascinating read about visions of heaven and hell. Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul take the us on a journey with their daughters and their interpretation of various dreams or visions that Deepika and Priyanka have experienced. These two girls both share stories with their parents about what heaven looked like and how angels and Jesus carried them to see God’s throne and people worshipping and living in heaven. They also go with Jesus to hell and encounter people in pain due to their sins, along with their personal sufferings in hell. The girls, who are just four and two years old, have a detailed retelling of heaven and hell. Jemima Paul then has a calling from God to record and write down all that the children say and draw. What is incredible is that each line and sentence is then interpreted by the parents and corresponds with scriptures in the Bible. It was amazing to read that every little detail they recorded was in the Bible. How can such young girls, who could barely read, share the same visions together that are also in the Bible? What happens after death is a question that we can not answer as humans, which is a topic of great fascination even for those who do not believe in heaven and hell. I have given this book 5 out of 5 stars. It is well written and interpreted by the parents, with everything the children said being backed up by scripture. The authors made the girls’ visions so clear with life lessons attached, but those lessons apply only if you believe in Christ. The book is exceptionally edited, with no spelling or grammar errors noted. The misspelled words from the girls’ visions and drawings were explained after reading them. This book is best suited for those that believe in Jesus Christ and an afterlife of either heaven or hell. The innocence of these visions experienced by the girls and the message of how to live your life on Earth to see this amazing heaven were the key messages taken from this book.
