A Path to Excellence: The Blueprint to Achieving Your Greatest Potential by Tony Jeton Selimi is a fluid guide to living your best life. The author imparts years of experience in coaching people. The reader can choose to use his guidance to elevate life at every level. The book addresses anyone who wishes to make their dreams come to fruition with investment in his proven techniques. He discusses the “Octagon of Excellence” and the significance of the number eight in the cycles of life. The steps to excellence require transition, regeneration, focus, rebirth, balance, service, unity, and infinity.

The author advises us to fall in love with ourselves and invest in our God-given talents. Many people have given up or gotten stuck, becoming less adaptable. He assists them in overcoming hurdles and thinking big while acknowledging the small wins. I believe the author is genuinely interested in helping others collaboratively as the universe dictates.

I give this book 3 out of 5 stars. There were a few grammatical errors. It is well organized, providing complex steps in achieving your best self. There are a few structured exercises; I thought there would be more practical exercises with pen and paper tasks. Ultimately, I felt the author would like you to hire him, indicating people who have coaches are the happiest and most successful. He cites many celebrities and entrepreneurs who are known to have big goals. Later, he labels them as visionaries, such as Jeff Bezos, Oprah Winfrey, and Greta Thunberg. Despite these mentions, I continued reading and found many insightful and uplifting messages. I began writing something negative but decided to take the author's advice and give compliments rather than talk about my bias. This is also the reason I omitted stars, but I do recommend the book because Mr. Selimi offers much wisdom.
