With engrossing world-building and intriguing characters, Terms of Service by Craig W. Stanfill draws your attention to the potential flaws of a society filled to the brim with ever-advancing technology. While reading this book, the world around me fell away and was replaced with a sterile world chock-full of artificial intelligence; from the train station to the refrigerator, everything was automated.

In the first few chapters of the book Craig W. Stanfill takes time—and does an amazing job—creating an elaborate world that some readers may not have the patience for. If you're looking for a book that jumps right into the action, this may not be the one for you. On the other hand, If you're like me and love to be pulled into the environment of the characters, you will love this book.

There is a disclaimer at the beginning of the book explaining that the author uses some words that you may not find in the dictionary. An example would be "selfist", which is a negative word describing someone who exhibits selfish behavior.

Throughout the book, you will find little distinction between the genders of the characters. No one is referred to as a "man" or "woman", "male" or "female". Everyone is referred to as "She/her/hers". This, as well as a few other topics, may be controversial to some readers, so readers with sensitive sensibilities should probably steer clear.

For the parents out there, The author describes some mature content and romantic encounters that may not be suitable for a young audience. The writing, while very well-edited, may be too advanced for many young readers as well.

Finally, I want to give a shout-out to the editors as well because the editing of this book was flawless. I loved how well the story flowed from one day to the next. This made it very hard to put the book down.
