I always had a soft spot for women in their midlife, partly because of the way today's society views them. It's important for women in their midlife to also know that they can still achieve a lot even in their midlife. 21 Hacks to Rock Your Midlife: Release the Past, Dare to Dream, and Create Your Legacy! by Cat Coluccio is really a book for women who are suffering from depression or some sort of unhappiness in their midlife. As the name of the book suggests, the author gave 21 action steps that women can follow to rock their midlife. Cat urges readers to filter out the voices in their life. It is important for them to be careful of the voices they let into their lives. If you are stressed and find yourself going from crisis to crisis, this book is definitely for you.

I like the author's message of decluttering from the digital world. Given that we live in a social media-driven world, people scroll through mindlessly and absorb information that might not benefit or be of any use to them. It is important to declutter some of that information, as it might start to take a physical and mental toll on us. Cat also suggests to women to always question what they really want in life. This book is a game changer, as it includes daily steps that women in their midlife can take to put their lives back in the right direction.

I give this book a rating of five out of five stars for the author's thoughtful and informative words. It is fair to say I had nothing to dislike about this book; therefore, I see no reason to deny this book a perfect rating. This book was edited properly, as I found no grammatical errors. I recommend this book to women going into their midlife that aren't happy with where their lives are.
