I picked up this book without high expectations. Page after page, I laughed, cried, and was filled with self reflection.

The author conveys a turbulent emotion in every word a journey through depression and creativity, portrayed with honesty and rawness, without exaggeration.

This book struck me in ways I never expected. The way the author weaves personal experiences with other perspectives is truly inspiring. This book left a deep impression on me as a reader, giving me a renewed spirit to face everything honestly and openly.

From the beginning, the author describes the paralysis that depression brings. The inability to fight is depicted as no longer being able to play a musical instrument despite still dreaming of becoming a musician. Her honesty about mental illness is something everyone can emulate, emphasizing the importance of mental health.

The author's honesty about the failures of therapy creates a deeply authentic narrative. Not many people are willing to admit failure, but the author opens it all up, creating a narrative that feels powerful yet touching.

The author's ability to provide a fresh perspective through words is also worthy of appreciation. She weaves together an invisible wound with such bold, artistic language that doesn't require unnecessary words.

The author's background as an artist allows her to skillfully play with many writing elements, making this book full of surprises on every page, and the narrative is so beautiful that it's perfect for social media quotes.

Hahaha, I'm talking too much, but I think this book is very honest, straightforward, and unafraid to provide a new perspective for readers. For readers looking for something fun and something that can make them cry at the same time, this book can be the answer.

The structure of this book also deserves great appreciation, incorporating reflection, introspection, and encouragement for those struggling with depression. Each word felt like therapy for me as a reader.

Ultimately, depression is something that can be overcome if we have the ability and the people who make us feel less alone. Support from those closest to us is the most important thing, wherever we are.

This book is proof that everything can be healed and everything can be fixed with a few specific details, even though it takes a relatively long time, everything can still be fixed and it is never too late.
