If you were looking for a book that seems to have come out of the head of a guy who mixed, superheroes, witchcraft, alien, and along with that still put a little political criticism, humor and sarcasm, this is the book Beating Death: Witch Hunterswritten by Sean O'Banion.

This book introduces us to the protagonist Robert O'Banion, who in addition to being the protagonist of the story he is the narrator, his story revolves around the day he discovered that he can fly, like a super power, but he keeps doing badly with life, he has already been unjustly arrested, almost died because of government experiments, but finally something good happened to him after all this bad luck, the game turns when he won the lottery and became a billionaire and began to use the money to save the world literally.

The book may seem a little confusing, with so much fiction, but it is precisely this fiction that gives the "seasoning" of the book, but even so, the book needs some adjustments, the book is focused on fiction, but it presents a mixture of characters and fictions, in it you find: conspiracy theories, science fiction, mythology, religion, among others, this patchwork quilt, in addition to being bizarre, is not conducted with cohesion, making the story often confusing.

The lack of narrative structure also affects the reading, the story advances in confused blocks and explanations as if they were a "monologue", this makes the story seem disorganized.

In addition, the book is aimed at the adult audience, the author warns right at the beginning that the book contains "strong language" and several explicit expressions, the narrator speaks in a totally informal way, as if you were talking to a friend, in addition to the strong slang present in every book the sexual content is also not one of the lightest, which makes us increase the indication of age group.

Even so, the story that the book has to give us is good, it just needs some adjustments and improvements for this book to become one of the best, going to the evaluation part I give a score of 2 out of 4 starsfor this book and a recommendation for young people over 18 years old.
